Course Description

Give your middle schooler the confidence and skills to rise to the top. Blooming Minds, Math Wonders is a focused, in-person summer math course designed to help rising 7th and 8th grade students strengthen their foundations and prepare for success in high school entrance exams and accelerated math placements. Whether your child is aiming for Catholic or CPS high school programs, or elite math tracks like those at Loyola Academy and Regina Dominican, this course offers the structure, practice, and confidence they need. WHAT WE COVER: This class dives deep into the most commonly tested concepts on selective admission and placement tests: • Number Theory • Algebraic Reasoning • Geometric Principles (area, perimeter, volume, angles) • Probability & Statistics • Timed Practice to build testing endurance and strategy Students also sharpen their problem-solving skills, strengthen mental math agility, and improve their confidence with instructor-guided support.
